If your store is in Shopify


You need to add the Proto AI Commerce Shopify app to your store and complete the connection process within the Shopify platform.

If your store is in WooCommerce


Install and activate the Proto AI Commerce plugin in WordPress. Once complete, go back to the plugin page and follow the instructions.

How to install and activate the Proto AI Commerce plugin

  1. Click here to download the plugin zip.
  2. Open the admin panel of your WordPress site and go to Plugins > Add New.
  3. Click on Upload Plugin, choose the zip file you downloaded and click Install Now.
  4. Plugin will begin installation. Once it completes, click Activate Plugin.
  5. Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins to make sure it's installed and active.

How to connect your WooCommerce store

  1. Install and activate the Proto AI Commerce plugin in WordPress.
  2. Create an account at Proto AI Commerce or login.
  3. Give permissions to the Proto AI Commerce app.
  4. Add your extra domains (if any).

If your store is in BigCommerce


You need to add the Proto AI Commerce BigCommerce app to your store and complete the connection process within the BigCommerce platform.
